Thank you for this (and all of your other articles / knowledge you've shared)! Just a minor note: I've had some success putting a bench behind a rowing machine and performing this exercise using the rowing seat as the slider. The only issue is I that due to the difference in the height of the seat and the bench, I don't get as much of the bridge.
